Jobline is an early-access product. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Jobline helps solo tradespeople track clients and jobs, and draft invoices — including from a recorded voice note, using third-party speech-to-text and AI services. You're responsible for reviewing any AI-generated invoice for accuracy before sending it to a client.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.

Payment & billing

Jobline is $19/month after a 14-day free trial that doesn't require a card. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. No partial refunds for unused time in the current period. If you're charged in error or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service, email info@usejobline.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

No warranty

Jobline is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. As an early-access product, features may change, and AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate — always review before sending anything to a client.
