This page explains what data Jobline collects and how it's used. Jobline is an early-access product built for solo tradespeople.

What we collect

Your account details (email, business name, phone, trade), the clients and jobs you add, and any voice recordings you submit to generate an invoice. Voice recordings are sent to Groq (for speech-to-text) and Anthropic (to structure the invoice) for processing — we don't store the raw audio after transcription.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, store your clients/jobs/invoices, and generate invoice drafts from your voice notes. We don't sell your data.

Third parties

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Groq for speech-to-text, Anthropic for AI invoice drafting, Resend for transactional email, and Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor and merchant of record for subscription billing. Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service, under their own privacy policy.

Payment data

We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into Lemon Squeezy's checkout and handled under their PCI-compliant systems; we only receive your subscription status and billing history.

Your data

You can edit or delete your clients, jobs, and invoices at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, email info@usejobline.com and we'll remove your account and its data within 30 days.
